Do I need an appointment to see a doctor?
No, but we highly recommend that you do.
What insurances do you accept?
Medicare, CalOptima, Monarch IPA, and Regal Medical Group.
If I need to be referred to a specialist, what do I do?
Please make sure you have received the Proof of Authorization, call the Specialist right away to make the appointment, and bring all your medications and insurance card with you to the appointment. Please note that the Authorizations do EXPIRE, so it’s urgent that you go right away after you have been given the authorization.
What time does your office open? Do you close for lunch?
OPEN: 8:00am Lunch: 12-1pm Closed: 5:00pm
If I’m having blood work done, can I eat breakfast?
We recommend that you do not eat or drink anything after 10pm, the night before you have your tests done.
Can you call in my prescription to the pharmacy that I go to?
Yes. Provide us with the Name and Phone number to your preferred pharmacy and we can call in the prescription for you so that when your arrive, it will be ready for pick-up.
